Shareholding Management
As a research holding, Upper Austrian Research GmbH has the task of ensuring that Upper Austrian research institutes are properly managed by means of appropriate organs and their functions and that all members of boards and committees are suitably qualified.
Cooperation between various research companies is promoted by active shareholding management so that the challenges of interdisciplinary developments can be successfully met. The understanding of the concern’s tasks is geared towards performing to and maintaining high harmonised standards as well as the strategic development of the shareholding structures.
This also includes financial management that meets all relevant requirements, monitoring and financial controlling of the research, development and innovation holdings in agreement and cooperation with the other owners and the province of Upper Austria.
