Mark of Quality for Work-Life Balance

The research centre RECENDT was granted the Austrian government’s “familieundberuf” (“family and job”) certificate. This recognition of the company’s efforts to promote a healthy work-life balance was presented by Minister for Family Affairs Susanne Raab at a ceremony in Vienna.

RECENDT can now officially count itself among Austria’s family-friendly companies. Before receiving the award, the research centre successfully completed the certification process. This consists of precisely defined procedures for evaluating existing measures for a better work-life balance with the active involvement of the employees and developing new measures with them. Compatibility of work and family life often gives companies a crucial advantage when it comes to attracting qualified staff members. This mark of quality now officially identifies the research centre as a family-friendly employer.
