SCCH - Software for Production Facility Optimisation
On 1 December 2014 the two-and-a-half-year research project PROSAM (Intelligent fault prognosis systems for anticipative maintenance strategies) started with the Software Competence Center Hagenberg GmbH as coordinating agency. The project receives support through the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) under the "IKT der Zukunft" (ICT for the future) scheme.
The challenges for the project arise from the complexity of production plants, the concomitant diversity of components and the need to combine reliable fault prognosis models perfectly with the operating and production environment and are the reason that the practical use of AIH has only recently begun. The PROSAM project aims to meet these challenges by developing software solutions based on new methodological principles for science- and data-based technologies while taking into account all the levels required such as data preparation, modelling, problem-oriented systems analysis and knowledge presentation.
In conjunction with the partner companies H&H Systems Software-Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs-GmbH and Messfeld GmbH and associated partners from industry, the feasibility and benefits of these AIH approaches will be demonstrated using case studies from industry.
