Mechatronics
Mechatronics is an Upper Austrian success story. Research is conducted into electrical and hydraulic drive engineering, vibration and noise suppression and methods of positioning and early fault detection. The associated companies optimize production processes as well as paths for robots and machine tools. In addition, complex geometric models are visualized and simulated and optoacoustic methods used for non-destructive characterisation and measuring.
