A Joint Strategy for Upper Austria

The strategic orientation of the UAR Innovation Network is largely determined by the fields of action defined in Upper Austria’s business and research strategy #upperVISION2030: digital transformation, efficient and sustainable industry and production, systems and technologies for humans, and connected and efficient mobility. In its capacity as the lead company for research, UAR coordinates the rolling planning process for #upperVISION2030 within the local research community in close cooperation with the leading stakeholders. With its research activities, the UAR Innovation Network plays a central role in implementing the strategic programme and the flagship projects it defines. Research focuses on key topics within the strategic programme’s fields of action.
